Atawhai on Massey Manawatū Campus

We have negotiated a conference accommodation rate for rooms on Massey Campus in the Atawhai Community. You may book your place at Atawhai through the Short Stays website using the Promo Code: DevNet2020 to ensure you are grouped with other conference guests.

To obtain your keys to your Atawhai accommodation visit the Campus Living between 10am-5pm. The Campus Living Office (see map) is located on the corner of University Ave (big loop) and Rehab Rd. Or call +64 6 350 5056

• $51 per night (refundable, 2 nights minimum) or $48 if you pay with your booking. 
• Please also mention in the booking comments field, if you would like to be accommodated in a single-sex hall and what your estimated time of arrival is.
• Each flat has five bedrooms, a living room, a shared kitchen and bathroom facilities (two showers and one toilet).
• Rooms are private with a single bed, wardrobes, heating control and a desk.
• The rooms are available from the 1st December until the 6th December 2020.

• A communal car park is available for residents living in the five bedroom units.
• The flats are self-catering. Wharerata café is a 10-15 minute walk away, and will be open from 8.00am on all conference mornings for breakfast at your own cost.
• Note. The Atawhai community is located in a residential area on a sunny ridge above the Manawatū campus. Atawhai is a short but steep 10-minute walk along a pathway, with 150 steps, to campus. The pathway is well-formed and has good lighting. Alternatively, limited visitor parking is available on the Massey campus.
